Privacy Policy

RevTriage uses the information you submit only to provide your Revenue Recovery Audit, support your purchase, and operate the service. Please remove unnecessary personal, financial, health, or other sensitive information from anything you upload — the audit only needs opportunity-level pipeline data (value, age, status, contact date, job type, salesperson, and non-sensitive notes).
Where your data is stored
Your uploaded pipeline file and generated report are stored securely using Netlify's built-in data storage (Netlify Blobs), tied to your specific order. They are not shared with any other customer's data and are not publicly accessible — your report is reachable only via a private, unguessable link generated for your order.
Who can access it
Only RevTriage's operator has access to submitted files and the tools used to generate your report. Nobody else — including anyone in your own pipeline — is contacted or given access.
AI and third-party processing
A limited, non-identifying subset of already-computed fields (never your raw notes or full row data) is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate short interpretive commentary for your report. Every number, ranking, and priority in your report is calculated by our own deterministic code first — AI only adds explanatory commentary on top of facts it did not calculate.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Our AI provider's commercial API does not use submitted data to train models. If you'd like to verify this directly, Anthropic publishes its current API data-use terms on its own site.
Retention and deletion
Your submitted file and generated report are automatically and permanently deleted 30 days after your order, whether or not you request it sooner. You can request earlier deletion at any time — email us and we'll remove your file and report immediately.
Payment information
Checkout and all payment card information are handled entirely by Stripe. RevTriage never sees or stores your card details.
Report delivery
Your completed report is emailed to you using Resend, a transactional email provider, and the email itself contains only a private link to your report — not your pipeline data as an attachment or in the email body.
